Give us a call to make sure we carry desired media and the lead times are acceptable. Our load levels fluctuate and on some days we could offer same-day pickup while on others you may have to give us a bit more time.
File Formats
If you need colour correction and digital retouching of your photo we would prefer a RAW camera file. This format allows us more flexibility to preserve more details on your image.
We also accept JPG, TIFF, PSD and PSB Photoshop files. If you don’t need colour correction please save your file in Adobe RGB colour space.
You can use Google Drive, DropBox or Wetransfer to send us your original file.
